What the fuck. People knew about the Scarab Gun within a month of Halo 2's release. How long were they going to wait before dropping some hints?

The IWHBYD Skull in Halo 3 may have been dug up almost instantly. Marty cried. We all had a good laugh about it.

Wait, in Halo 3 you had to find the skulls to unlock them so you can then toggle them at the pre-game screen?

Fuck, it really has been forever since I played that game.


Marty also got upset back when people initially started extracting the Halo 1 sounds too. Went as far as registering on halomods.com and posting IIRC.

Dawg I got 9562 credits from one game of Firefight (thanks to those challenges yesterday heh) but I'm pretty sure you might have gotten yours from Multiplayer which I only have gotten 6000+ only once thou, I'll try to beat you :cheeseargh:

It actually wasn't that obscure besides knowing that you need to go to a trigger after pressing the button.

And seeing as how a decent portion of the Halo community are young kids with an IQ in the double digits, I doubt they would have been able to find it within a reasonable amount of time. And most of the community wouldn't spend that much time trying to find it either.
