Decided to make a blog for people to follow updates. These updates include anything minor or random points of discussion that don't really need to be posted here. I actually got this idea from codebrain after seeing his recent topic >_>. So check it out.

There's a few papers pinned to the wall inside the ops center. I was at first just going to recreate the papers, but then I thought it'd be a great place to put easter eggs that you guys make; it's a little like the POA bulletin board.
Make sure it doesn't have tiny little details that might get lost when if I decide to rotate or downres these.
Here are some blank templates, but you are free to make your own or make any changes to these.

Bacon, it looks like it says "sparcia". I recommend making the P and T in sparta red, as well as the I in Is, so that it says PIT.

I can send you the model if you want, but it wont be unwrapped or textured because I was a jackass and asked 3 people to unwrap it, so Scooby dunna want to texture it, which I understand. Disaster might, but the unwrap MeatJoe has done looks confusing, as he has unwrapped it like an organic model... do you want me to leave the unwrapping and texturing process to you Penguin/Con?

Yeah, I had a little chat with Con and he told me what I should work on.
The space issue is being worked on, but that packing job took me two days. So, while there might be more occupied by the end, there won't be much more. I'm talking about the busiest unwrap, not the one that holds maybe 15-20 pieces.

Alright, when I have some time in the next couple of days, I'll pack them all into one texture, but I'd like to know whether these improvements I've made so far make any difference (I collected all of the duplicates that I saw, except for the top part of the pelican hull in the top right, and put them into stacks).

Penguin. Do you want me to unwrap the stand seperate from the turret? Because it is a large weapon so there is a lot to unwrap. You could get more detail in the turret if you have two textures.
Also, when you rip the turret of the stand it is a seperate object anyway, so you want as much detail as you can get.

Well you are the profesional, and we are not Lol. So of corse you can do it perfect. This will be my 4th unwrap so it won't be perfect. Won't it be blurry and not as detailed with a 512 texture though?
it not about your texture size, it's about texel density. (and in the end, texture quality of course)
