That's exactly what I'm running on my computer, so don't worry.
I know why I have a problem, it's just because the way Inferno's grav air lifts work, it requires placing a fuckload of scenery in a single spot on a map which is pushing the limits of the Halo engine already. Inferno says he doesn't have the problem, but I do, so I'm not going to stop until its fixed.
Fake edit: I made the problem slightly better by eliminating some of the lift's scenery and just upping the individual power of each lifter-scenery-thingy, allowing the lift to still do its job while using less ingame resources.
I also exactportaled the vent containing the lift and the room the lift is in itself, which got rid of most of the problem.
I think its just my computer's age issues which is still causing a problem, but I'm getting a playable FPS, so I'd imagine on a not-barely-functional computer things will be fine.
Now I have to sort out an annoying bug with the ODSTs not listening to my multipurpose map when it comes to changing colors.

You know there is a way to make the lift with just 1 damage effect but you have to make the hole deeper and put a "false bottom" in the middle. Then put a giant radius at the bottom under neath the false bottom so that 1 side of the large damage effect sort of "covers" the false bottom.

so.. suggestions (just realised I havn't psoted them yet)
ASTHETICALLY:
Flickering signs pl0x.
More street sounds coming from outside the level.
Attach a sound effect to the phantom, it's just weird having this huge silent thing hovering around the map.
Fix the LOLBRIGHT buildings.
The ramps in the building that lead to the flamethrower are fuckugly. It's like they're lopsided and again, painfully bright. It's like you've done a totally different lighting effect inside them. Spot lighting, dynamic lights, flames, CAN YOU USE THEM?
The magically appearing bodies shit me too. Can't you just make them scenery or something? Do it how WTC did them in the secret room?
Put the cockbite soda machines back in :P
DESIGN/BUGS:
From the flamethrower room, around the edges there. Make a fucking invisible player barrier there or something, don't put a kill trigger. Nothing shits me more than me trying to explore a map and randomly dieing for no reason! >___<
In some parts of the map (specifically the blasted out buildings), using your flashlight makes it flicker like crazy to the point where it's actually better to just not use it at ll.
Put the second path back (the other pushable pathway at the warthog corner)
(I havn't played it in MP so I can't talk much about how it plays vOv)

It SHOULD make noise, but it doesn't. I probably need to attach the sound to a marker on the Phantom itself rather than have it just... there.

That ENTIRE staircase is now gone. You get up top through a damaged heating vent which pushes you up.

Scenery would be possible, but then it wouldn't bleed, or behave like... well, a body.

I've been wanting to put something there. I'll probably put Master Chief's penis a long metal rod to make the second bridge, the needler there is under-used.

If you did scenery it would still bleed but it wouldn't move.
