All the other "reasons" people give for playing on a version other than the official one are just bullshit covers for the real reasons. Piracy. There's no legitimate reason to play on any version except the official one on servers that are also running the official version.

Looks like we are going to need an OpenSauce DLL that will patch the version number (BY DEFAULT) to 1.09.

...Unless someone wants to update OS to work with 1.09.

Korn still hasn't finished the updates to Open Sauce quite yet. I think he'll be patching it up when the official 1.09 is released(?)
