This what yall talkin' about?

On my old PC with integrated graphics, I have no decals, specular, or anything. I can't see explosions or sparks on it.

I can on my new one, but not on my old one.

I can't use decals with 8800GTS but I can see sparks and they appear sometimes in first person, too.
Would be kinda needless addition, if you were to make the sparks more visually appealing, but of course it would be cool. Then you will definitely know if you knock off someone's energy shield.

Um...are you serious about the decals? You cant play with them?

Ive never seen them appear on the player when they get shot; Ive seen them on walls and shit though.
