Anyhow, it looks to me like you'll want an Intel/ATI setup because you want (possibly in the future) more than three monitors as well as number crunching power. ATI will handle the multiple monitors leaps-and-bounds better than the Nvidia counterparts, and Intel will destroy most of the AMD processors when it comes to code nom-nomming.
Since you want USB 3.0 though, I'd wait a month and see what the better motherboard manufacturers end up pumping out before building a parts list.
