I decided to post it here, because they can technically be used for halo CE, but they're not exclusive for CE so i can't really put them in the CE release, and i can't really put them in the studio because it works better here.
Included in the 7z are Max 2009 files, and 3ds exports. There's more goodies in the max files like weighted models etc, so i would use that. Here's a compilation of the contents, and a download link:

Don't complain, look at those awesome models, I might download when I get my computer fixed, so I can see how pros model. Then I want to make my warthog/troop carrier (Big vehicle) thingy.
