From what I know its not going public. I may be wrong though so don't quote me on this.

The new lighting engine is definitely what the engine needed. Looks great.

By the time a game comes out for the PC using this engine, I'm sure Epic will feature an editing kit. They've always done that.

Otherwise it just may be the editing kit they have for sale. IIRC they sell the editor and engine licensing as a product.

Heatmapping and Lightmaps on it are amazing. It's going to be a great addition to the Editor.

That and the content editor looks great.

I'm pretty sure it will only be available for developers.


Great features though, liking the heatmaps that help developers collect raw data so easily and in accessible manner.
