Hey guys been checking around here lately looking for a tutorial on 3ds max + H2 map editor.
I saw Code's but it was obviously too hard to follow since it wasn't made clear exactly step by step of what he did.
Anyone here willing to make another tutorial thats a bit easier to follow and less noise in the background

No, one is enough. I sure as hell don't want to waste my time if there was already one being created.
Until its completed why don't you take a gander at the Help files that came with the editing kit.
Actually, I suggest watching the CE video tutorials.
Anything done in 3DS Max will be exactly the same, except for the materials naming.
And the added instanced geometry, but thats it.

is that the one that helps with h2 maps?
No, thats for Halo CE. Its the same I believe, just some of the things he does you don't need to do... Like "Skybox"
