Halo 2 starts in 60Hz - Everytime

halo 2 starts for me everytime in 60hz. And when i try to change it i get black screen with gray lines. I Have the latest Sound/Video Drivers. It's OK when I uninstall the video drivers and go on with the windows defaults, but without the nVidia drivers I can't watch normal video... HD, play other games
I have nvidia 7900, AMD X2, nForce4 MB, something is messing with the D3D render..

i have RefreshLock 2.21 that I use for Counter-Strike... in Halo 2 it locks only the Bungie Logo and after that changes it againt and make all shitty ...
