Exception error~

Whenever I get through the locked door in TSC , I will get an exception error. I have no problems opening the map in sapien. Anyone have a solution on how to fix this?

If it's on Custom Edition, try replacing the map.

If it's on PC, I really don't know the solution other than reinstalling. :|
