WEll i was talking to Rams about me getting banned from the tourment and i ask him y am i kicked he says b/c i botted well ino i botted but i never bot, im a skill players and he told me to post a vote. he says its up to the Community if i should ban or unban its up to the Community.

I think he should be allowed in the tournament. The reasoning for his botting was stupid. He dosent bot though and did it for pure lol's and to make some people mad which was wrong and he knows that now. But he has came a long ways from the old days when I played with him and hes a good legit player. Just a little immature at times. Thx Rams for letting him do this poll to laters

I've made a decision reguarding Zod and Gumby:

Gumby:

He'll be allowed to compete. While he did bot, it was a year ago and I do believe he has proven himself. Plus, if he does bot he'll be caught and punished reguardless. While I do believe in 0 tolerance, I do believe in one thing. If you get a new hash and prove yourself then you'll partly forgiven. But as like the Scarlet Letter, you'll have a mark on you. I would have never known that Gumby had botted had it not been for Mal.
Therefor, Gumby will be allowed to compete. Unless you all believe we should put this up for a vote as I'm allowing Zod.

As I say, if you agree then it's all good.

Just for the record, it wasn't a year ago when he was caught botting, it was this past February.

And honestly, I don't get why someone should get a second chance simply because they went and got a new CD key (two new ones in Gumby's case). I really just don't see the logic in that. If you're going to allow him to play you might as well allow every person on our list of botters to play...

No King you are wrong. Gumby is not a diclhead like the whole bunch of others on that list. He did not have a huge cry about it on the hiv forums either like all those other noobs, and he has never done anything to anyone in the community. He may have a bad past with you, but that is personal. If you can't handle one ex botter who is great guy, and is not a dickhead/noob or whatever then shame on you. I'm sure you will get over it. There's a lot of people known to have botted who no one really cared about and now are good players. King, relax.. you really need to open your eyes and see it in the way i see it, because this situation is not the same as it would be for all the other idiots on the aimbotters list. Also, February, it has almost been 9 months, 3 off a year.. thats enough time for him to have stopped and become good without an aimbot. And Rams is not letting him play just because he got a new hash, are you stupid? Rams clearly stated that he himself does not think gumby aimbots anymore, he also thinks he is a fairly good guy, and that he has proven himself to most of the community. I would say the ones that aren't stubborn. And i agree with him. Leave gumby alone, as i have said for the one millionth time. :beating:

Zod, sorry i love you and all.. but it was a stupid thing to do. I know i did stick up for you, but this is what comes from doing stupid things like this, whatever your reason may be. You must now learn from this mistake. Therefor sorry but i think you should be out of the league this time round, because if you are let in then it will be like you have cheated not only using aimbot, but cheated your way out of what so many others had to put up with because they used it too. It just would not be fair. Sorry bro, gotta deal with it, work your way back up.
