Unreal 3 Demo Flawed!

While this topic is open, I've got a problem. No matter what, I can't increase the graphical settings. After I turn up everything, it tells me I have to restart the game. But when I do, the settings go right back to the way they were. :/

Are you using some crap integrated video card?
