HELP!!! Halo 2 play is jumpy

FPS is what your system can pump out. More demanding settings will be harder on your system, and it'll give you a lower framerate. By upgrading your computer parts you can improve your framerate. Otherwise, you can improve it by using less demanding settings, such as turning off antialiasing and using a lower resolution. 2GB of ram definitely helps with this game though, I saw a large increase in framerate.

how do you change the fps???

You don't. You go to "options," then to "video," and lower all the graphical settings. This will increase your fps.

well Conscars, doubling RAM does improve performance, even in Vista alone. However, in H2V, it probably won't have that much impact considering that he uses a low end video card.
