    Do all you think My tutorials are good? My next totorial will be on how to make a custom ground.

    Yeah it worked. It showed up nice and looked real, but it didnt animate. >_<

    To me the the water_pool templates are the easiest to set up and looks the best "in my opinion". I'd change your template. Oh the ocean template in my opinion looks too blocky but the cool thing is you can adjust it's height in the structure_bsp, but who needs that? I pick quality. With the water pool template you do not need to set as much in the structure_bsp, also make sure if you do use a water_pool template DO NOT even touch the FOV or sapien will crash. <--as i remember. I also would not set the reflection and refraction bump scale in your structure_bsp above 2 or 3 to start. and you don't really need to mess with anything below that in the bsp with a pool_template shader. Just make sure to set your colors and apply your shader in the structure_bsp.

    If your water does not animate it is 1 of 4 things.

    #1 your bump_map_index is incorrect.

    #2 your water bump bitmap is the wrong one

    #3 Double click on all your bitmaps in the shader and scroll down and make sure the "UNUSED" box is unchecked. That will make the bitmap invalid.

    #4 Did you apply your shader to your map's structure_bsp???

    I have made my own shader and replaced it in the tutorial just to put a stop to some of this bs that has been going around. The new link to the changed tutorial. When i started I wished people would have helped me so now Im helping people learn what I have learned along the way though asking people. and if you dont like this then get the shader off halomaps, i don't care. I was just trying to help.

    Here we go again with drama that started back in CE...

    He doesn't have to remove the links, and I'm not removing them either. The original author has no say over who can do what with game assets once s/he gives them out, be it a tag, or a whole map. If someone decides to leak something, then that just sucks, oh well.

    BigDaddy, if you did indeed get these shaders from someone else, then I urge you to cite your sources. While what I said above stands, it's kinda wrong to claim that you're solely responsible for something when it's a modification of something existing, and the community in general looks down on that.

    Listen buddy, those tutorials were made in the BEGINNING of Halo 2 Vista Modding, WAY before your time. So cut the shit, stop dissing over my tutorials that were older than you.

    If you want to diss, do it somewhere else, because that I "believe" is against the rules, under "Flame-Baiting"

    Seriously. This is what I fucking get...Unbelievable.

    Even before you came, people mocked the fact that my tutorials suck.

    Im sick and tired of this.
