Ingame Level Editor

Hey,

Just found this one day while looking up Hammer tutorials on Youtube. It seems to be a level where you create your own level. Sounds weird I know, but there is so much to explain and I think this video covers all of it perfectly:

The video shows the basics of the editor and the making of a quick level.

Anyway, holy shit this is awesome! An ingame HAMMER! Reminds me of the demoui in TF2, a semi hidden feature.

demoui? Is that the thing you call up with Shift-F2? That's been in every Source game since Half Life 2, I think.

Bodzilla, you can just nuke your portal folder and Steam will make it normal again. You can always just put the map in your portal/maps folder, then open up the console and type map mapname, and that should work fine.
