The brand doesn't show how powerful it is. If the PSU is made by a quality brand you can only be sure that it won't surge, the Ampere on the rails are stable and that you are going to get the wattage you expect from even idle load.

Processor: It's the new 45nm core, it's worth it since it's much easier to overclock, runs cooler, and will probably last longer.

So like I said... Not worth the money for the extra .1 GHz, since he's not going to overclock it...
