There is no way, as far as I know, to put a custom sound into H2V. You will have to wait until someone releases a tool to do so.

Not with the tools provided in the retail h2v package. If you want to try injecting sounds, you could possibly get it done that way. Or you could wait and see if a third party will release a tool. Be warned that doing so will put your XBL account in jeopardy as it violates the Live EULA and ToS. They dont seem to give a shit, but dont say we never warned you.
