They don't play CE, and this is a CE league. Allowing HPT players means that the legit CE teams would probably be knocked out in the early rounds, turning the league into a PC league. The same happened last year; there were teams of PC ringers disguised as CE teams and it all went bad.

There should be a check of all the teams after the signups finish: if the people here haven't heard of them, kick them.

Note: the HPT guys are the good competitive players who aren't any fun to play against unless you're at their level.

Note 2: Most CE players are not at their level.

Installing it a month before the league isn't considered "playing"

We're not afraid of having our "asses sat," we'd just prefer the HPTers weren't the ones doing it.

All of these people were in xC with me back in march, so there not "installing it" a month before the league starts. Just because they like a competitive edge and play HPT rather then coming on CE and playing these 2-3 servers that are active "pubs" (and I use that term lightly) doesn't mean they dont play CE, if there were people willing to scrim that werent complete faggots then my people would be more that willing to come play some CE.

I remember last year I said that I should have to approve every player prior to their being accepted.
