    But seriously.

    There's no point in doing good lightmaps yet. Most of the buildings don't even have decent modeling in them. Things will have to be fixed. It's not like the BSP is even close to being the final product.

    What's the point to do what you want? To slightly improve the silhouette of a weapon we've been looking at for YEARS with a higher poly count? TBH that idea is pretty stupid.

    There's plenty of room to change up and freshen the maps, but I'd rather see the weapons kept sacred.

    It's keeping weapons and vehicles and such, higher poly, and adding to them as well.

    Why would he bother to do something higher poly to keep it the exact same? Nostalgiafags.

    I'm all for adding onto stuff, higher-poly versions of the old models would be pretty boring really, but the shotgun doesn't have a Halo look to it in my eyes. It looks more like it was "inspired" by the Halo shotgun if you know what I'm trying to say, and seems like something I'd expect to see out of COD4.

    Still a nice gun though, and I wouldn't mind too much if it replaced the shotgun.

    I still say loose the "big small big small" pattern, though.

    Last time I looked, this was High-resolution Halo, not High-resolution mod based on Halo using a remodeled old CE map.

    I agree with snafums, but you have to please the people and the popular opinion seems to be to keep it all the same.
    I rather like the shotgun, but would like it tweaked to look at tad more simplistic. Granted, the current design you have is also more realistic which i also like.

    I like the shotgun, its just that most Halo weapons dont have rails, so it seems out of place, as the AR has not rails. Or another other of the weapons, cant really add rails to the AR, design not built for that kind of stuff.

    I would prefer the shotgun to start, but maybe add rails to a few other weapons so the shotgun isnt the ONLY one with rails.

    And you are retardedstupid if you think the textures where final, pretty obviouse they are place holders.

    Also, this is HRH, but that does not mean all the weapons are going to be the same, and but higher poly... Like everone said, pointless. This mod is just adds a more smexy look to halo, High Resolution.
