Gridlock Sign Contest

As some of you know, about 50% of Gridlock is going to be set in a mall in New Mombasa.
But this mall has no name!

So. I'm holding a contest because people love contests.
What is a mall without a good "Welcome to: *MALL NAME*" sign? If you've played Fallout 3, think of the "Welcome to Paradise Falls" sign.
Well, Gridlock needs one.

Here are the rules:

1. You get to name it. Name it anything you want, although things which will keep it from being uploaded to Halomaps are frowned upon.
2. Signs should be 1024 wide by 512 tall, although I'll be a bit loose here.
3. Don't just name; decorate! Be creative! But once again, painting an obvious penis on a sign is frowned upon. Subconscious penises are A-OK (as long as it isn't TOO obvious)!
4. Although you aren't required to, I would like it if you could make 2 different versions of the sign: A "Welcome to *MALL NAME*" sign, and a "You are now leaving *MALL NAME*" sign.

And some backstory:
The mall was built in 2450, demolishing several blocks of housing and an old shopping center. It came shortly after the completion of a major freeway which connected Voi to the Space Elevator. Due to it being the first major exit following the Space Elevator, it received thousands of tourists an hour and eventually was chosen as the spot for the city arena and received its own dedicated train line.
The mall had 17 above-ground floors and 27 below-ground floors, and was THE place to be in Mombasa. It also had a walkway which linked it directly with the Mombasa arena.

The wiener gets to both name the mall AND have their sign featured in a nice, big, open spot I have for a mall entrance sign!

What sort of style is the mall? How big, how up-class (or down-class as the case may be), what sort of a neighbourhood is it in, how old is it, etc.

Nice one. I think it does a little bit too old for 2552 but I like them anyway.
