    Unhappy Gmax, Tool.exe, Guerilla HELP?

    Hello.. Here's my situation.
I have created my map using a tutorial made by some british guy. lol.
The map is modeled and to my standards, I guess. That was using Gmax. Then he tells me to run some J... script. or something..
    That's where i got lost.
Anyhow, from there he went to Tool, which also won't work for me.
When i attempt to open it, it says that the program failed to start because vorbisenc.dll" can't be found...
    Whatever that is. SO!

To sum things up, the following problems need answered..
1: How do I get Tool to work?
2: WTF is a script and how do I use it?
3: How do I get my Gmax made map model into Guerilla?

    Answers or help greatly appreciated!

    1. You have to run tool.exe through a command prompt. Do run>cmd and type

    CD c:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition

    Then type

    tool structure levels\test\mapname mapname

    2. Maxscript? Go to the top of gmax and go to the maxscript tab and hit run. Then download bluestreak (google it) and run the bluestreak jms exporter script.

    Re: Gmax, Tool.exe, Guerilla HELP?

When I type c:\program files\... etc like you said, I get this error.

'c:\program' is not recognized as an internal or external command
    operable program or batch file.

I'll try the other thing in a min

Go find yayap the grunts gmax tutorial. It's a .pdf file too, so you don't need to watch anything, just read. Look for it on halomaps.

Cause you have to put "cd" infront of the command.

    cd stands for change directory.

    So it should be:

    cd c:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition

What operating system are you on?

Reinstall halo ce and HEK. You probably deleted the dll or it got corrupted or something. Also try updating to 1.08 if you haven't.

If you still have the problem I'll upload that dll for you.

A "free" Halo CE? If you don't have a Halo PC CD key then we aren't going to help you. We don't support piracy. Please explain what you mean by that.
