    I've talked with some people, and it seems that the CG is pretty damned good in 2D, but the disorientation and strangeness of the 3D helps to blend the live action and the CG a lot.

    Jesus fuckin christ that was an awesome movie. CGI was flawless; storyline, while archetypal, was handled extremely well; acting was (mostly) great...just wonderful. Hands down the most epic movie/world/event I've witnessed since the Lord of the Rings trilogy (and with better CGI to boot!).

    Seriously, go see this movie. I'll sit here anxiously awaiting the blu-ray.

    Holy shit! This movie blew my expectations out of the water! 3 hours of absolute excellence. I might go back and watch it again in 3D, i hear its epic.

    Saw it tonight in 2D. I'll go back next week and see it in 3D.

    Have to say, one of the best movie's I've seen in a very long time. Right now it's resting comfortably with Dark Knight and District 9 on my visually fap list.
