hey mister my animation contest is still open why are you doing this rubbish and not showing the community some love
why don't you love the community?
Basically what Rooster said. I've always had trouble with Grenade animations so I have respect for anything that isn't pure turd - maybe more than I should. The gun's motion seems very uneven; it goes up, then stays, then suddenly goes back, then returns in a fairly rushed manner. It's hard when you've got so few frames to work with but smoothness is really key there. Sometimes I split up motion on individual axis (only Z-axis motion or X-axis rotation on a frame) if I'm having trouble with smooth, natural motion. The hand is pretty fine to be honest - I wouldn't complain much, but you could always use more polish on anything.
The return to the origin is what bothers me the most. You either need to extend the animation to have smoother "recoil" from coming back down or dampen the recoil a bit. I used to have that problem a lot, but ingame it was really irritating when all my animations had a sudden jerk at the end. It's a bad habit to get into. I've found that having movement/rotation that isn't just vertical can help add the sense of recoil without actually having much - I did a sniper rifle set a few days ago that I used that on a lot (I'll post it in due time).
