When animate in max, is there any way to animate just the vertices. Do I use bones or something?
If animating for halo, you need to use skeletal animation. I don't think it supports mesh animation
I've got another question for animating. How do I make an animation where more thatn one thing is happening at once? I want to make a bird fly over but with its wings flapping while it moves. Atm it moves without the wings animation.
Rig the wings so you can move a node that moves the wings.
