It's just that all the detail at the top is white and it doesn't look like you even textured it there. Maybe some brass or something for the railing would look good.

That engine looks awesome btw, kid. Keep it up. Are you planning on texturing it?

The hip joint bothers me a bit. Unlike most everything else, it doesn't seem to have a mechanism operating it, and if it does, that mechanism is cramped into a very small area, an area that doesn't quite look like it could support the body.

(what I'm trying to say is that the hip joint could use various pistons, levers, tubes, and wires within the leg socket's radius.)

ye i know what you mean, i've been doing that joint for ages now, and i'm calling it fine for now, maybe i'll change it around when i get more of the body done if it doesnt ft in etc.

    Re: Quick-Crit 2010

I was bored and threw a few scene together with ripped content. I have to say, the tris count on these models really surprised me. I'm wanting to make one with Tychus and Raynor, but I'm having trouble finding the Tychus model.

Dark lighting really brings out starships. I've never really been accustomed to seeing well lite starships. Sorry about the bloomlike effect. was trying to get a focus blur, but I kinda like the rim lighting of the ships.

(if you're wondering what's the machine, it's a siege tank in siege mode)

Starships are GAME models for the actual game.

Nova and the Siege Tank are models that appear on the Hyperion and in real time cutscenes.

What, zergling not good enough for ya mister?

Kid: No, it really doesn't. It obscures them horrendously. Brighten that shit up! I can't even tell what's going on. It took me a good five seconds to find out that it was a picture of a fleet of void rays and... a mothership? I don't even know.

I play Protoss alot and I kinda gave up on zerg after I found out Karrigan wasn't in any of the real time cinematics. I have some zergs that I was saving to throw into the Tychus/Raynor scene if I can find Tychus.

Are you talking about the Blur as well?

It doesn't look so much blurred as it does just really dark. Everything's in shadow and it's really hard to make out what's what.
