Finally finished a test terminator I started in May (I havn't painted since sooo). My girlfriend was over and wanted to try painting one of the models which infest my room so she settled on a boy with a big shoota. It goes without saying that I was seriously impressed for a first ever model O_o



(I got a bit slack at the end so I know there's a few places I need to fix up and re-blend)





Yeah, I'm not dead :P

ps. This is sort of a coming out of the closet for me as I haven't touched white on my models since my first BFM space marines (if you've seen them then you'd know why I haven't touched it since ><). I'm pretty pleased with the result.

They're a lot better than most (certainly much better than mine). Not the best I've seen for a beginner though

Get your mates together and have a painting day where you show each other what tricks you've learned and get a bunch of models done in one day. Paintings always more enjoyable with company.

Some of that stuff is looking real good! Especially that Terminator and that Hormagaunt! And for the other stuff...well you were a beginner at one time too It's not bad though. In any case, I'm glad to see another Warhammer thread at the same time as mine.
