Another GPU sounds pretty good, maybe get another 120mm fan and stick it in your open drive bays if it can effectively pull some air in from the front of the case. Maybe a pull fan on the back of your HDD cage like in my system as well:

I would never, ever sacrifice three slots to a GPU. Where are you supposed to put the second one?
