In either case, there were 3 hammer chieftains in that encounter. I went back to the film and there were no FRG wielding brutes. Just those 3 hammer chieftains and some jetpack brutes. We were also at the start of Set 2...
Negative, brutes with FRG's are War Chieftains, a higher rank than Chieftans.
Ummmm, no shit? We settled that already. I think we can put hammer/war chieftain "debate" aside now (except War types being higher ranking, which is only assumed, not proven fact).
