I've made a decision reguarding Zod and Gumby:

Gumby:

He'll be allowed to compete. While he did bot, it was a year ago and I do believe he has proven himself. Plus, if he does bot he'll be caught and punished reguardless. While I do believe in 0 tolerance, I do believe in one thing. If you get a new hash and prove yourself then you'll partly forgiven. But as like the Scarlet Letter, you'll have a mark on you. I would have never known that Gumby had botted had it not been for Mal.
Therefor, Gumby will be allowed to compete. Unless you all believe we should put this up for a vote as I'm allowing Zod.

As I say, if you agree then it's all good.

Why does everyone need to know about this? PM the league admins to ban their hash. I don't see the need to take this public. King, do you ever give people a chance? Whether it's in game or in real life? It's a game. Chill. He doesn't aimbot. He may have, but that doesn't mean that he continues to do so non-stop. I would see it fit that if you catch him under his current name [FBI]GuMby, then sure.. ban him. Just because he did, doesn't mean he still does. Thats like saying if someone tries it once which many good respected players have, that they will continue to do so. Whether been caught or not. It's bullshit.

I believe its up to his team whether or not he plays, seeing as he has not botted in an official match. If he plays and bots, well then it was his teams fault for choosing to allow him on the roster. Honesty you really think that this league will be 100% fullproof? I don't support it, but its possible for him to just play under a different name on the fbi roster. Or in fact, WHO DO YOU THINK [BB] is. In the end, there will be nothing stopping him. The only things would be his team, or choosing just not to play.

Gumby is in as I feel he has proven himself enough. While he does have a mark (think the Scarlet Letter), he hasn't been caught botting for a long time. Plus, we'll catch him botting reguardless if he does.

In Zod's case, he botted during the time of the league. While I would ban him, I figured allowing him to put up a poll would be fair enough.

If you're going to allow him to play you might as well allow every person on our list of botters to play...

You know, I checked out your list of botters pretty extensively and most of the video links are broken and don't work anymore... I'll bet you can't even prove half the people on that list botted. And really, why do you care so much? It's a game, not Nazi Germany. Instead of making these huge ego soaked botter lists... you could go live your life or something crazy like that.
