Most of the covenant weapons are just perfect the way they are, namely the plasma pistol and rifle--ill update the shaders to match everything though. The needler though, i understand the conflict. Its pretty odd looking, ill sex it up later.

I disagree about the Plasma Pistol... the lack of detail in the texture is going to make it feel kind of crappy next to a bunch of fuckawesome weapons :\

Question: Are you doing new weapon animations? Or is this going to have the same old stale Bungie animations we've been seeing for years?

Any suggestions on the stock, because if you ask me it matches.

Lovin the shottie except the stock it looks like a rather odd and impractical if I'm understanding the design correctly. If you wan suggestions looks at other retractable stock styles and play around with them a bit. The traditional M4 stock looks bad ass always. The crane stock is very sexy (See here for stock). The paratrooper style folding stock doesn't really look good on a shotgun. But here are some images of the folding style stock if you want some other ideas

The stock on the m14 EBR is also a nice place to get some interesting futuristic ideas (see here for m14 stock)

Personally I just don't like what you got there. Rest of the gun is dead sexy, but you should add a bottom rail on the pump.
