Wow, I can't believe I missed this thread before now. That water map is a sick idea, and if it's done well, which I'm sure it will be, it could possibly be quite an epic experience. One question though, can you kill the fishies? What could possibly be more fun than running around, killing innocent fishies with missiles?

Non-syncing collideable ai would often pose the question "wtf?" when you run into something that isn't there.

I'm not going to animate multiple swim cycles all around the map for a bunch of fucking fish.

Then don't make the fish fuck

    /smartass

Well, either way, I'm sure the map will still be fun without killing fish. Another thing, are you guys planning on making any space maps? If I recall correctly, some of the Metroid maps (at least, in Metroid Prime Hunters, not that it can really be called a Metroid Prime game) are set in some sort of space environment. I'd be interesting to see what you could do with that. Sorry if this has been mentioned before, I'm half asleep at the moment, and don't take in everything I read quite well.

I remember that in Metroid Prime 2 that there was the Space Station MP map that was basically an adapted version of the Space Pirate Frigate in MP1.........but I don't know if Metroid Online will be doing that map.
