I always wanted to see:
-flatbed hog
-"ambulance" hog

flatbed would be pretty useless, but i wonder if the ambulance hog could be set up to dispense health packs and have them "reload" like the 3 shots of the rhog.

Matooba made a warthog that dispensed Rocket launchers, so I assume it could be done with health packs

Also I could see a flatbed hog as a part of a campaign mission where you say, have to pick up some valuable/important cargo (a bomb or something) and get it to a drop point safely. (ie, the bomb will blow up with enough damage.) I feel like I may have borrowed that idea from another game, but I can't think of anything. Could be pretty cool

but it has slow rate of fire and less damage, but it still capable of killing you

Not fully, but you could have a damage effect spawn under the hog when you hit "crouch".

techincally the warthog is a jeep, so any variants would have to be jeep-ish
