No, we do not have the Single Player Scenarios, so we cant open the map in Sapian.

lol you misunderstood me, i was asking if you took say 00_introduction and replaced it with yourmap then went into the campaign and tried to load it up.

The debug functions were removed from runtime of the game; therefore, we cannot just "replace a map." If the debug functions were built in, then we'd be able to use them on any map, at any given time.

And JackRabbit; the shader is invalid, meaning - somehow - some shaders and other things were disabled for Sapien.

If the shader tag fails to get verified by the post processing routines, then it defaults to shaders\invalid (a handful of other tags have this sort of 'punt' fallback feature). Is this what your seeing or do you mean the values seemed to have been tampered with since Halo2 Xbox?

I've gone over the Visor tag just a few times, and from what it seems is that all values are correct. Any time I've used the shader template - which is the problem, "shader template invalid," it just seems to fallback to the invalid shader. The debug even names the shader template. Strange, strange that they'd give us all these templates and some don't want to seem to work :/.

After looking through the script document (If you do not know what I am talking about, type script_doc in sapians console.) Most of these command descriptions are either made by Pi Studios, or from Nitro.

No, most of those were created before Halo 2 even existed. Mainly all of them by Bungie themselves.

I tried a while ago putting a multiplayer map into singleplayer, it loaded the map up but everything was black, but you could still hear and run around, I did with zanzibar and was spawned on beach and could remember the sounds of waves crashing.
